Sewage Leak Closes White Water

Sewage Leak Was Contained To Bathroom

A sewage leak caused Six Flags White Water to shut down early Tuesday.

An issue with the sewage started before park the park opened.

Maintenance noticed a bathhouse bathroom was clogged.

Around 1 p.m. maintenance decided they would need needed larger equipment and a vehicle to be brought to correct problem and decided at that point to go ahead and close the park the remainder of the day.

No guest was ever in harms way and their water is safe.

This was done as a precautionary measure a spokesperson told CBS Atlanta.

The park will reopen Wednesday for their regularly scheduled hours.
