BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. -- All lanes of Interstate 75 north at Red Top Mountain Road in Bartow County reopened at 8 a.m. Tuesday after a fatal crash.A tractor trailer overturned at Red Top Mountain Road at about 5:30 a.m.Police did not release the victim's name.Traffic remained backed up.ALTERNATE ROUTE: Take the Emerson-Alltoona Road exit, and take U.S. 41 to Georgia 13. That will take you to I-75.
