The 12-year-old abandoned by his mother in Nebraska is about to head home.

The state is returning him to Georgia where he'll have a custody hearing tomorrow.

But his mother is not happy about his return.

CBS 46 News spoke with Tysheema Brown just after she learned her son was coming back to Georgia.

"It's not a good thing,” said Brown.

Brown said she only wants the best for her child.

Talonn is in state custody right now and will return to Georgia in time for tomorrow's custody hearing set for 2 p.m.

CBS 46 News was told social workers are also looking into whether Brown should be allowed to keep her 7-year-old daughter.
