LILBURN, Ga. -- Gwinnett County sheriff's deputies discovered 400 pounds of marijuana concealed in a van during a traffic stop.Deputies discovered 17 bundles of the illegal drugs stashed in the cargo area after the driver was pulled over for a traffic violation on U.S. 29 Tuesday afternoon.Deputies arrested Jorge Gonzalez-Vasquez, 28, of Lilburn, and charged him with trafficking marijuana.Authorities said the marijuana had an estimated street value of $1.8 million.
