A Lawrenceville Cub Scout leader is in jail on child molestation charges for allegedly fondling a child.

Gwinnett police said Harry Brett Taylor, 44, is also accused of molesting a relative over a long period of time.

Police said in a statement Monday that an investigator met with an 8-year-old boy Friday who said Taylor touched him inappropriately while the boy was at a sleepover with one of Taylor's children.

Police said the boys were Cub Scouts together and Taylor was their scout leader. The sleepover was not a Cub Scout event.

The boy told investigators Taylor photographed him drying off and undressing after he swam in Taylor's pool.

Taylor is charged with four counts of child molestation and one count of sexual battery. He is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Detention Center.
