ATLANTA -- One person was killed after shots were fired following an argument between neighbors over cable TV, police said.

The shooting happened around 2 a.m. at the intersection of Fletcher and McDaniel streets in southwest Atlanta.

Witnesses told police that one of the neighbors didn't have cable and wanted to piggyback service from the other neighbor.

Police said three people were shot. One of the victims died a few minutes later at a hospital.

Police did not say if anyone was arrested or whether charges would be filed.

Officers did not release the victims’ names.
