KUWAIT -- Several cast members from the hit CBS show "The Unit" paid a visit to our troops in Kuwait Friday.

CBS 46 meteorologist Greg Majewski was among several hundred soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines that posed for pictures with their TV counterparts.

Dennis Hastert, who plays Jonas Blaine on the show, said it was beautiful to be with the real troops who defend our freedom.

Robert Patrick, an actor who's also an active member of the USO, added that he enjoyed meeting and talking with soldiers.

"The Unit" cast will head to bases in Iraq this weekend.

"The Unit" airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. on CBS 46.
