ATLANTA -- A 15-year-old boy was charged Monday in the shooting of an 11-year-old boy in south Atlanta.Police said the boy was inside a home on Oak Knoll Circle with several other children around 8 p.m. Sunday when shots were fired.The 11-year-old victim is in critical condition.The 15-year-old, who police won't name because he is a juvenile, was charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, cruelty to children, and possession of a stolen handgun.Police said the youth were in the home unsupervised by adults. The youth ranged in age from 11 to 13.
