UPDATED: 12:13 pm EDT October 2, 2007

A Gwinnett County man’s dissatisfaction with a prostitute landed him in jail, police said.

Gwinnett police said Olmedo Eusebio, 56, called 911 Saturday, complaining that he had been hit in the head and robbed.

When police arrived, Eusebio admitted he had not been attacked.

According to police, Eusebio told officers he was dissatisfied with a prostitute’s performance and didn’t want to pay her $20. Eusebio said he felt like he had been robbed, so he called police.

Officers arrested Eusebio and charged him with pandering and false report of a crime.
