A Fort Knox man has filed a lawsuit after he said he spilled hot coffee at a truck stop and burned his leg.

Thomas Skaggs included pictures in his complaint, WLKY-TV in Louisville reported.

Skaggs said he bought the coffee last December at the Pilot Travel Center in Mount Sterling, about a half-hour east of Lexington.

He is demanding the company pay him for pain and suffering, permanent scarring and troubles relating to third-degree burns.

So far, attorneys for Pilot haven't filed a response to the lawsuit.
