MABLETON, Ga. -- A man was arrested in Cobb County in connection with an 18-year-old New York City cold case.Cobb County police representative Dana Pierce said Raoul Cooper, 38, was arrested Wednesday night in Mableton. Pierce said New York police had previously issued a warrant for Cooper for a 1991 killing where the victim was shot in the face during a street robbery.Pierce said police arrested Cooper after arranging to meet with him about an alleged case of child neglect.Cooper is being held in the Cobb County jail without bond, awaiting extradition to New York.
